Instructions for Preparing Scientific Posters
1. Poster Language:
The use of English is strongly recommended.
2. Size and Format:
Standard dimensions: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height) — Vertical Format (portrait)
3. Recommended Structure:

3. Recommended Fonts:
(Arial, Calibri or similar fonts)
4. Image Resolution:
High resolution (minimum of 300 dpi).
5. Final Note:
All images, tables, and graphs must include explanatory captions and source attribution, positioned at the bottom.
Instructions for Abstract Preparation
1. Abstract Language:
The use of English is strongly recommended.
2. Abstract Title

The title must be centered, bold, and written in 14 pt font size, using title case (capital letters only at the beginning of major words).

Do not use underlining or italics in the title.
3. Authors
-
Full names of the authors must be written in the format: First Name + Last Name, centered, with superscript numbers indicating affiliations.
Example: First Author¹, Second Author², and Third Author² -
The presenting author must be indicated with an asterisk (*) . Example.: First Author¹*

Author names must be separated by commas, except for the last author, which should be preceded by “and”.
4. Affiliations

Affiliations must be listed below the author names, numbered according to the superscripts.

Include: institution, city, state (if applicable), and postal code.
5. Abstract Text
The abstract should be written as a single paragraph, briefly describing the introduction to the topic, objective(s), methodology, main results, and conclusions.
6. Recommended Formatting:
Justified text, Single spacing, Times New Roman, 12 pt.
7. References
If references are included, they should appear after the abstract text, under the heading “References”, following ABNT or Chicago style, according to the example provided in the template.
